[Misc] Expanded Daily Run custom seeds (#6248)
* Modify custom starters and added boss, biome and luck custom seed overrides

* Added form index to boss custom seed

* Fix circular dependency in daily-run.ts

* Review for PR 6248

- Use early returns

- Update TSDocs

- Use `getEnumValues` instead of `Object.values` for `enum`s

- Add console logging for invalid seeds
