Changed attack damage prediction to use `Pokemon.apply()`, rather than a copy of it, so that it stays consistent with any changes to that function

Added the ability to simulate `Pokemon.apply`, returning minimum and maximum damage without performing any related actions (printing text, updating battler tags, dealing damage, etc.)
