Michael Scire 0499ae3688 rwlock: revamp completely ... Implements rwlockTryReadLock and rwlockTryWriteLock. Also implements rwlockIsWriteLockHeldByCurrentThread and rwlockIsOwnedByCurrentThread. Also re-designs RwLock to have semantics identical to Nintendo's (nn::os::ReaderWriterLock). The upshot is mostly that the lock is now fully recursive/write-preferring.		2019-12-03 00:15:29 -08:00
