yellows8 19f0b5a828 Added sysinit/exit code similar to libctru, with updated crt0. Moved svcExitProcess into the library. Changed HEAP_SIZE. Adjusted some svc.s formatting. Added svcGetInfo. Added svcSleepThread, device SVCs, svcCallSecureMonitor, and the struct for svcCallSecureMonitor, based on code from naehrwert.
