b99729142b Fixed IGeneralService leak 
IGeneralService is now cached, removing the necessity for it to be closed by user (as long as they close nifm)

2818c99dea Revise fsdev initialization, see details: 
- Removed fsdevInit/Exit
- Now automatically initializing fsdev state on first mount
- Added fsdevMountSdmc (replaces fsdevInit)
- Added fsdevUnmountAll (replaces fsdevExit)

13b4c74723 Updated gfx API. Replaced gfxSetDoubleBuffering() with gfxSetMode(), and added GfxMode enum. Updated gfx.h comments. Updated gfxGetFramebufferDisplayOffset() for using the aligned width. The new GfxMode_LinearDouble is now used by default, apps must not use gfxGetFramebufferDisplayOffset() with this mode.
