* Several Hdls structs were redefined in 9.0.0+ and libnx was updated to reflect the new struct definitions (this is a breaking change). The old structs are still available but they now have a `V7` suffix, and libnx transparently handles conversion to/from the new 9.x structs at runtime on older system versions; so the new structs are *always* used regardless of system version.
